When you team with me to sell your home, you’re in essence, hiring a marketing guy. My job is to know the best way to get in front of potential buyers, make your product stand out from the others, and help you determine a dollar amount that attracts the right buyer so that you can maximize your return on investment.

When we start working together to sell your property, we create a thorough game plan. It starts with preparing your home for sale, including establishing a timeline and making any improvements necessary. Then we work on the listing step – setting the right price, marketing, arranging showings, fielding offers and negotiating the best deal we can get. I’ll help you through all the steps of escrow, including inspections, title reports, appraisal, permits and final loan approval – until closing day arrives. My job is to keep the entire process as smooth as possible.


Do you really need a Realtor®?


Something to remember is that the “best deal” is not a fixed number. Occasionally home sellers question the need for a Realtor®, but I can honestly say that in the current market, I can make a huge impact on the deal you get. There are more properties on the market right now, and they’re taking longer to sell – so having a proficient “marketer” on your team can mean the difference between a fast, easy sale at a good price and a drawn out process where the price keeps dropping.


Making “comps” work for you


Based on my years of experience, I will help you make use of comparable sales in your neighborhood to set the right price for your home. If you’re in a condo, comps can strongly indicate your unit’s value. If you’re selling a single-family home, I can use my thirty years of market knowledge as well as detailed measures – cost per square foot of the land or the house, for instance – to find the number that will work.
