So here is the thing… Arizona is sunny and warm. When you are seeing gray skies and twenty below on the thermostat, we’re out playing golf and walking around in shorts and sandals. Don’t be mad though. I have a solution. Last I checked, the Canadian Dollar was very high against its US counterpart and prices on stunning, brand new properties here are appallingly low (please see my blog post about this subject). With that in mind, it really wouldn’t hurt to have a look at this market and probe around a little.
