Arizona Christian Realtor

Jerry Powers was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated from Cortez High School. He received a degree from Arizona State University in Business and entered real estate in 1977. A year later, he started working with Realty Executives in Tempe and has been with the company ever since. With focus on both listing and selling residential real estate, he has helped clients with properties all over Tempe and the Phoenix Metro Area. This includes single family detached homes, condos, townhomes and patio homes. He has also sold over 500 foreclosures for Fannie Mae and various other financial institutions. As a result of his years of experience, Jerry is comfortable selling a wide variety of homes, from tract foreclosures in outlying areas to high end, custom properties in in-demand areas. His real estate designations include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute). Jerry’s business has endured through a variety of real estate cycles so he is able to advise his clients with respect to current market conditions based on a wealth of experience.

Throughout his real estate career, Jerry has become known for the highest ethical standards and having concern for his client’s personal well being. He is a Christian and very active in his church (Grace Community in Tempe), as a result, tries to treat others as he would want to be treated. This has led to outstanding customer satisfaction, repeated referrals and returning clients over the span of decades.

He also loves the Aloha State. As a result, he has enough Tommy Bahamma shirts to outfit at least a couple divisions of the US Army in case they ever need to go into combat amid a flock of wild parrots. Furthermore, Jerry is an avid supporter of ASU Football and has been with the Sun Angel Foundation for decades. Similarly, when the Phoenix Suns were just starting out in the '70s, he was a member of the "Guns of the Suns", a group that would go along with the team to away games for support.
